Terms and Conditions:
Any handouts, resources and other written information accessed via this website or given to clients in session is for personal use only and is not to be used for any other purposes. You are welcome to share it with friends as long as it is attributed to the writer, Tina Chatterley.
Payment of fees is due automatically immediately after the session has been completed and bills will not be sent.
In the event of non payment a statement of account will be sent and an administrative charge of £10 will be incurred.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that your circumstances change and you no longer need this appointment – no problem, just cancel or reschedule as soon as you can and as long as its at least 24 hours beforehand there will be no charge.
I try to be a fair as possible but in the event of no shows, no notice or very short notice the session fee will be due and payable.
Privacy Statement:
For the purposes of GDPR the booking information you give to Tina Chatterley in order to make your appointment is held in electronic form on a password protected system which is only accessed by Tina Chatterley. This information is held purely for the purposes of contacting you during the time you are a client and will never be used for marketing or other purposes. This information will at no time be shared with a third party for any purpose whatsoever.
All and any information shared during your sessions is NOT held electronically. Relevant information to support the success of your sessions only is noted and held securely where it can only be accessed by Tina Chatterley. This information will also never be shared with a third party without your express consent. The only exception to this would be in the event that there was a serious risk assessment to the effect that you could be in danger of harming yourself or another person in which event Tina Chatterley would discuss with you the need to pass on information to a relevant professional.
Any information regarding you as a client will automatically be securely archived when you cease your sessions and after a period of seven years as required in law will be disposed of by means of a professional, confidential secure shredding service.
If you do not agree with the above and you are not happy that your information is stored in this way please advise Tina Chatterley who will ensure that your wishes are adhered to.
